1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the vl444 platform and its services. By visiting the vl444 website, creating an account, or playing any game, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

2 Account Registration & Management

2.3 Account Verification

vl444 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Deposits or withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. vl444 also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on vl444 are currently available through the following mobile banking methods:

bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile financial service.
Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's mobile financial service.
Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
Upay — UCB's mobile payment platform.

3.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required if account verification is needed.

3.4 Payment Verification

You are requested to transact using the mobile number registered to your account. Transactions made from a third-party number may be rejected and account verification will be mandatory.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players making their first deposit at vl444 will receive a 100% bonus on the deposit amount, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 — once this amount has been wagered, winnings earned from the bonus may be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
Each player is eligible to receive each bonus offer only once.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
vl444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be terminated.

5 VIP Program & Special Benefits

The vl444 VIP program has five tiers in total. Players can gradually advance to higher tiers through regular play. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is calculated every week and credited automatically to eligible players' accounts. The detailed terms of VIP benefits are subject to change — contact the support team for the latest information.

6 Betting & Game Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

All games on vl444 are operated on a fair play and transparent basis. Each game has its own rules — you are requested to familiarise yourself with them before starting a game.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be unilaterally cancelled (except for events cancelled by the relevant authority).
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, bets will be settled according to vl444's established rules.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vl444 reserves the right to cancel those bets.

6.3 Live Casino Games

Live casino games offer the opportunity to play with a real-time dealer. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. If the internet connection is lost, the game result will be determined based on the state of play at the time of disconnection.

6.4 Fraudulent Activity

Automated betting using software, bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.
